Private household care coordination

Care logistics, simplified.

CareOS puts a dedicated Operator between your household and the work of managing caretakers — the schedule, the credentials, the handoffs, and the follow-through. You stay informed. You stop chasing it.

A limited number of households, by design — currently scheduling consultations for new openings.

Who this is for

Two kinds of people find us.

Households who want this run properly.

You have caretakers, appointments, and a household that needs a steady hand managing all of it. An Operator takes that on — scheduling, documentation, and follow-through, tracked in one place.

Request a consultation

Caretakers, companions, and drivers looking for work.

CareOS places sitters, companions, and drivers with households in the Austin and Brownsville areas. Every profile is reviewed by a person before anyone is placed — no automated matching, no blind gigs.

What the Operator manages

One person accountable for the whole picture.

Software keeps the record. A person still decides, dispatches, and follows up.

Scheduling

Appointments, shift coverage, and the gaps nobody has claimed yet — tracked and chased down before they become a problem.

Credentials & documents

Licenses, certifications, and household files. A medical power of attorney is required. A Living Will is optional. After accept, complete those on the external household intake form — not on the public apply form and not in CareOS Notion. Expirations surface before they lapse, not after.

Handoffs

What happened on shift gets written down. What happens next gets assigned by a person, not a notification.

Getting started

Three steps to an Operator on your household.

1

Consultation

A conversation about your household, by phone or in person, to see whether CareOS is the right fit — no cost, no commitment.

2

Household build

Your Operator sets up the shared Open Loops board, the caretaker roster, and the household workspace. After accept, complete the external household intake form for medical power of attorney (required) and Living Will (optional) — not stored as PHI in CareOS.

3

Operator on call

Scheduling, credentials, and handoffs are managed day to day. You're kept informed — you stop chasing it.

How the Open Loopsboard works

Synapse Play

Caretaker-run cognitive stimulation that sits next to Care Management — not instead of it. Pairs with the CareOS Operator and board.

About

Coordination. Not a clinical record.

No clinic records or patient information are held here — that stays with your clinicians.

A medical power of attorney is required. A Living Will is optional. After accept, complete those on the external household intake form — not in CareOS. This is not attorney advice.

The Operator supports the household. Matching produces candidates; a person still decides.

Placements are made by invitation, after a conversation — never automatically.

Bring us the gap.

A short consultation tells us whether CareOS BY MERIDIAN is the right fit for your household. No commitment, no cost.
