After Meridian Business & Civic Group accepts the household, the Operator sends the household intake link for medical power of attorney, Living Will, and other health details (Google Form under Workspace BAA) — not Notion, not email, and not as PHI fields in CareOS. Intake form link coming soon — the Operator will send it to you directly. The September 20, 2026 “Overseer portal only” upload lock is superseded for public legal pages.

Draft legal services are Meridian Business & Civic Group territory — contracted attorney / quote-first instrument drafting, not CareOS checkout SKUs. Featured Will & Trust package is $1,199 (was $1,999; vs à la carte Will $799 + Trust $1,499 = $2,298). Included free: Simple Will draft/review, basic revocable Trust draft/review, pour-over Will language if needed (no separate Codicil charge), and an estate docs checklist / funding worksheet. Not included: witnesses, notary, RON, mileage, Living Will, POAs, or other extra instruments. Complex estate → Quote. Guardianship / conservatorship petition support is $999 (was $1,299); court costs separate. Annual estate review retainer is $499/year Coming soon — listed, not purchasable until cleared live. Available later if needed (Coming — not included in the package today; Quote or TBD, no live list price): irrevocable / special-needs / tax trusts, multi-state, deed / TOD funding packs, business succession, prenup / postnup, digital asset schedule, pet trust rider, RON add-on when live, Spanish drafts, and a future Living Will + POA bundle with Will & Trust. Estate kickoff (Living Will + medical power of attorney + Financial power of attorney) is $1,199 standalone. A Living Will (optional) is also $499 à la carte. All other relevant documents are quote.

Execution add-ons are a separate Meridian Business & Civic Group notary line — not bundled with Living Will or any other draft instrument. Live Notary (not wet) is $35 avg.
