This door is after Meridian accept. It is not public checkout. Up to 2 Overseers and up to 2 patients per account. Overseers and Helpers can have Google Workspace seats at $19/mo each. Emergency Contacts and Providers may be Workspace guests — they are not paid $19 seats and not Overseer or Helper accounts, and they have no full portal accounts. Two Emergency Contacts are collected per patient on the external household intake form. $999 adds a patient, not an Overseer. After this hard stop, complete medical power of attorney (required) and Living Will (optional) on that external form — not in CareOS.
