Official legal document templates carry both the CareOS and Meridian Business & Civic Group logos. Marketing chrome stays split — Meridian Business & Civic Group does not appear on CareOS nav or product pages. Draft templates live on Meridian Business & Civic Group pages, not as CareOS checkout SKUs.
1. Paid seats
Google Workspace is $19 per seat per month. Any seated Overseer or Helper is a paid seat. There are no included Workspace seats. Google Workspace is a Meridian line — not a Slack/Notion-style pass-through and not Issuing card spend.
2. Guests (not seats)
Emergency Contacts and Providers may be Workspace guests. They are not paid $19 seats and not Overseer or Helper accounts, and they have no full portal accounts.
3. Unchanged
This Change Order does not change the Operator Fee ($299/week or $1,299/mo), the Legal Admin Fee ($41.58/mo), Slack or Notion pass-throughs, the Custom Software Suite, or the add-on patient line.
4. Invoice
The Client will see Google Workspace as a CareOS invoice line at $19 per seat per month for each seated Overseer or Helper. Meridian updates the Zoho invoice separately.
5. Control
If a prior writing said Workspace seats were included, Overseers-only, a vendor pass-through, or $19.99, this Change Order controls.
