What Synapse Play is
Synapse Play is a cognitive-stimulation activity service. Caretakers run short, household sessions for engagement and stimulation. It is general information and activity support — not medical treatment, therapy, diagnosis, dosing advice, or a medical device.
What it is not
Synapse Play does not reverse, stop, or treat dementia or any medical condition. It is not an EHR, clinic system, or Medicare/Medicaid benefit. Do not use it in place of licensed clinical care. For emergencies call 911.
Activity waiver
Participation is voluntary. Seated dual-task and physical activity carry ordinary household risks. Skip any activity if the participant is unsteady, restless, withdrawn, or agitated. The household is responsible for safe supervision. A signed activity waiver may be required before certain sessions — follow your engagement paperwork when provided.
Accounts & access
Invite-only private beta. Access may be revoked for misuse, safety concerns, or non-payment on an applicable engagement. Do not share login credentials outside the household caretaker circle Meridian authorizes.
No CareOS catalog on this product
These Synapse Play terms cover Synapse Play only. They do not set CareOS Care Management Operator fees, Workspace seats, or other CareOS catalog lines. CareOS policies live on separate CareOS legal pages.
Children / minors
Synapse Play is designed for adult care households. It is not directed at children under 13. Children/minors n/a as a primary audience.
Governing law
